The ‘Meetings with Taste’ return again this year: thematic appointments that combine the heritage of the Biblioteca Capitolare with the excellence of local wineries. Each appointment, scheduled at 6 p.m., will be followed by a wine tasting in the evocative canonical cloister.

We will start on Tuesday 10 June with ‘Paws, claws and legends’, discovering animals in ancient books between symbols and legends, in collaboration with Cantina Musella.

We will continue on Tuesday 24 June with ‘’ On the tip of a quill - stories of notes, glosses and comments in the margins of books‘’ with Biscardo vini - a journey through formulas, notes, wishes and curses written in the margins of books.

The last event will take place on Tuesday 8 July with ‘Writing with Gold, Binding with Lead. Ancient treasures from the Capitolare collections’, which will explore the use of metals in ancient book production, with Cantina Ottella.
