"Let's talk about it. In dialogue with the present", our cycle of meetings-debates, resumes with a new appointment scheduled for Friday 5 July at 5pm.

The multi-voice meeting will explore the topicality of the thought of Giorgio La Pira, legislator of the Constituent Assembly and Mayor of Florence, a figure of great cultural, political and spiritual depth, with a strong commitment to the service of peace and social justice. 

Mons. Bruno Fasani, President of the FBC, journalist and columnist, will dialogue with:

- Patrizia Giunti, President of the La Pira Foundation, Professor of Roman Law at the University of Florence and at the Lateran University;

- Damiano Tommasi, Mayor of Verona

- Paolo Pagliaro, director of the 9 Colonne news agency and co-author of the television programme Otto e mezzo.

- Mario Primicerio, Mayor emeritus of Florence and lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Florence. 

The event is organised in collaboration with Fondazione La Pira and with the contribution of the Municipality of Verona.
