EVENTI

The visit to the Verona Chapter Library has recently been enriched with new exhibition spaces, with multimedia installations that combine a millenary cultural heritage with new technologies.

One of the new display cases has been dedicated to the treasures of the Canons of Verona Cathedral: inside we can admire gold, silver, bronze, ivory, coloured enamels and precious stones. These objects, of different times and workmanship, were restored thanks to the 8x1000 contribution to the Catholic Church, in close synergy with the Cultural Assets Office of the Diocese of Verona.

On the occasion of the 2024 edition of the Days for the Enhancement of Ecclesiastical Cultural Heritage, the treasures of the Canons of the Cathedral will be on display - together with all the new items in the recently opened exhibition rooms - in a special free guided tour.

The tours will take place on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 May at 3 p.m., lasting about one hour.

Reservations required - places are limited.
