From 15 April to 12 May 2024, La Capitolare lands in Milan and New York, starring in the video made by EssilorLuxottica's creative team for the "Eyes on Art" initiative, launched in 2020 by the Group to make art accessible in an innovative way.

The evocative story told through images, shot by our photographer Carolina Zorzi, takes the viewer on a tour of discovery of the rooms and unique treasures housed in the world's oldest library still in activity.

The video will be projected on large urban screens made available by EssilorLuxottica in New York's Fifth Avenue and in Piazzale Cadorna, Piazza Cordusio and San Babila in Milan, as well as in the Group's offices and shops. The Capitolare thus opens up to the world, revealing all the wonder of its artistic and cultural heritage.

The campaign is part of the EssilorLuxottica Digital Prize awarded to the Chapter Library thanks to the 2023 call for entries of the Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza. In the previous 2022 edition, the Capitolare had also distinguished itself by winning adoption by Reflektor, a Milan-based branding agency that had overseen its rebranding project.

New video presentation by EssilorLuxottica lands in Milan and New York

From 15 April to 12 May 2024, La Capitolare lands in Milan and New York, starring in the video made by EssilorLuxottica's creative team for the "Eyes on Art" initiative, launched in 2020 by the Group to make art accessible in an innovative way.
